01Can I switch plans mid-cycle?›
Yes. Upgrades prorate immediately — you pay the difference for the remaining days of the current cycle, then the new plan price from the next cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle so you keep access to everything you already paid for. Open manage subscription to change plans.
02What happens to my accounts if I cancel?›
They become read-only at the end of the current billing period. Live execution (signals, automation, copy trading) is disabled. All historical data stays visible — trades, analytics, strategies, scripts. You can reactivate anytime to restore full execution instantly with no data loss.
03How are add-ons billed?›
Monthly, independent of whether your plan is on a monthly or annual cycle. Enabling mid-cycle charges you for the remaining days of the current month. Disabling mid-cycle credits the unused days to your next invoice. Manage active add-ons from the Add-ons section above.
04What's the difference between Standard and Pro infrastructure?›
Standard runs on AWS spot instances — cheaper, but AWS can reclaim the instance during capacity changes, triggering an auto-restart that takes ~5 minutes. Fine for most retail traders.
Pro uses an on-demand dedicated instance — same hardware, but yours exclusively. No interruptions, priority execution queue, 99.5% uptime. Recommended for active traders.
HA (High Availability) adds a second redundant bridge in active-passive failover mode — if one goes down, the other takes over in sub-second time. 99.9% uptime SLA. Recommended for business-critical execution.

05Can I use multiple payment methods?›
One card on file per organization. Use Manage subscription to update the card. If you need multiple organizations with separate billing (e.g. prop firm with distinct funds), contact support — that's org-level setup, not a payment-method change.
06I'm on a plan that doesn't show here — what's going on?›
Legacy, enterprise, or grandfathered pricing. Your plan still works, it just isn't in the self-serve catalog. Email support@foxxflow.com if you want to see your specific plan details or switch to a current tier.
07Can I get a refund?›
Monthly plans: 7-day refund window from the start of your first paid subscription — no questions asked. Annual plans on HA infrastructure: non-refundable once provisioned (reserved capacity costs). After 7 days, cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. For exceptions email support@foxxflow.com.
